1. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind. We kindly ask that you make your selections carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, we want to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In these cases, we offer the following options:

  • Replacement of the damaged item
  • Store credit for the full amount of the product
  • Refund to your original payment method

To request a return for a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@kaoticbliss.com.au within 24hrs of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Proof: Include photos of the damaged product, along with a brief description of the issue.
  3. Return Instructions: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with return instructions, if applicable.

We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged items.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return due to a defect or damage, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • The product must be unused, except for necessary inspection to confirm the defect or damage.

4. Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is approved, we will offer either:

  • A full refund to your original payment method.
  • A store credit for the value of the item(s).

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment method.

5. Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Candles that have been opened or used.
  • Products purchased during clearance or sale events.
